This page is maintained by PaintedDoor to summarize the terms that apply when you use the PaintedDoor app and services. By creating an account or running an experiment, you agree to the terms below.
1. The service
PaintedDoor runs a 7-day market experiment for your business idea: a hosted landing page, a real domain, live ads, and a report. You provide the idea and inputs; PaintedDoor provides the tooling and infrastructure.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and for the activity that happens under your account. Don't share your account or use someone else's.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use PaintedDoor to validate illegal products, infringe others' rights, send spam, run misleading offers, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend experiments that violate these rules or ad-network policies.
4. Payments
Paid experiments are billed at checkout. Ad spend, where applicable, is included in the price of the tier you purchase. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if something went wrong with your experiment.
5. Your content and ideas
You own your idea and the inputs you submit. You grant PaintedDoor a limited license to host and display them as needed to run your experiment and, if you mark an experiment public, to display its summary in the public Graveyard.
6. Disclaimers
PaintedDoor reports are signals, not guarantees. Market conditions change and small experiments can mislead. Use the results as input into your decision, not as a substitute for judgment.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
